 Filming #3

        For my next clip it is a shot of my actors at a movie theater. I had them walk out together acting as if they just seen a movie. This shot is for the dating clips just like the last blog. I filmed this as a long shot while tracking them so you can see all of their body language.

        This clip took a lot of retaking because I wanted to make sure my shadow was not in the video. When we would go over others final products our teacher would point out something’s not to do. I wanted to make sure I did not have my shadow in the shot. 

        I wanted to film it in this part of the movie theater because it had a bunch of the movie posters on the walls. I wanted it to silently tell you it was at a movie theater without my saying they were specifically at a theater. I picked this shot and angle so you could see them and the movie posters at the same time.

        Overall this shot was placed in a good spot for getting the shot I wanted. The only thing I wished we could have done is made them walk out of the doors. They stood next to the doors because you could not go in without a ticket. I feel as if the shot would have made a little more sense if you could see the door closing behind them.
